Scene Interference

Civilian Scene Interference

You CANNOT interfere with ON-GOING Scenarios, If you are not within ears range/ voice proximity of a scene. You can however approach an ongoing scene re-engage with 30 seconds of dialogue.

(1) It is your duty to investigate a scene prior to engaging. If you rob a gang member that appears to be alone and did not do a thorough search of the area to ensure their gang members are not around that is your mistake. If the opposing gang see's the interaction, they can approach the ongoing robbery and reverse it as long as they outnumber by the robber with our 2:1 ratio rule. This would not be scene interference as long as the opposing gang engages in proper dialogue from the time that they initiate (2) You cannot run up and start shooting at an opposing gang or person just because you witness an interaction. You must be within ear range/voice proximity before you can take part in an on-going scene, and you must initiate dialogue. If there is an active shootout do not approach as you cannot create dialogue in the middle of a shootout, stay at a distance, run or take cover as you are not a part of that scene. 3) If you are in a shootout or engaging in illegal activity and hear sirens do not continue your shootout. Please run or surrender yourself. If EMS is on scene do not shoot
